Valentina Client Representation provided Owner’s Representative and Project Management services for the build-out of a new 16,000 SF headquarters for Hour Children, in Long Island City, NY. The project involved consolidating the organization’s operations from four separate locations into a single, newly constructed office space within a commercial building.
With the landlord leading the construction, our role focused on protecting the client’s interests and ensuring alignment with Hour Children’s operational goals. We provided full project oversight from construction through occupancy, coordinating closely with the owner, landlord, architect, and contractor to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
In addition to overseeing the construction process, Valentina Client Representation managed the logistics of the multi-site office relocation. We facilitated communication among all stakeholders, supported decision-making, and proactively addressed challenges to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
The project resulted in a thoughtfully executed, centralized headquarters delivered efficiently and positioned to support Hour Children’s continued growth and mission-driven work.
